How to contact live chat support and email support.
Entourage provides live chat support for all software apps during normal business hours.
To access live chat support, log into your account and click the chat bubble in the lower right of your screen. If you do not see this icon, you may have disabled cookies in your browser, be in Incognito mode, or be blocking the application in some way.
If our support representatives are offline, you may still leave a chat message (and include your email) and we will follow up with you as soon as we're online.
